What is your cancellation/ late arrival policy for grooming reservations?
If you book your appointment through the link you will get an email confirmation. Refer to that email and at the bottom of that email you can click on cancel appointment. Please call or text is fine and confirm with me within 24-48hrs in advance. CALL OR TEXT TO CANCEL 646-431-8043. PLEASE DO NOT CANCEL THROUGH EMAIL, INSTAGRAM, FACEBOOK OR ANY OTHER SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM
(There is a $40 last minute cancellation fee) and a $15 & up late fee. Keep in mind I work by appointment only, and when a customer does not call or show I end up loosing out. So please be curteous and call me 24 to 48 hrs in advance to cancel your appointment. All cancelations must be confirmed. This will give me time to book an appointment with someone else.
If you arrive late there is a chance I might have to cancel if there is a completely booked day. It won’t be fare for other clients. If your appointment is in weekends and you’re traveling from a distance, please anticipate traffic or bus/ train delays. This way you can make it on time.
PLEASE NOTE: if you are a new client, no refunds on deposits if your late and I have to cancel. Or if you miss your b appointment.
Any customers with a history of a no call now show will be blocked.
